True to my word I'd like to thank Kirsty at Vodafone Web Customer Service for sorting out my little problem that I posted about on Friday.
Amazingly she has been able to get me back to almost my original price plan which was all I wanted in the first place.
Thanks Kirsty - you have restored my faith in Vodafone.
