Wow – who says customer service is dead? Since writing this yesterday, I have been contacted by a member of the Vodafone Customer Service Team who picked up on my Tweet. So to balance things off I am happy to say that she has taken my complaint and will get back to me – oh the power of Twitter, who says I'm a saddo to spend so much time on it?? Eat your words 'cos I may just have proved a point! I look forward to hearing from Kirsty and will happily tell everybody about the outcome – either way!
